At Kalayukt, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to guide you.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Customized or personalized items & Items on Sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

• Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at kalayuktindia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

3. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask for photos to assess the damage and will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
